Victor Salmones
Victor Salmones (Mexican 1937–1989) was a sculptor known for expressive bronze figures that blend abstraction with the human form. He studied at the Instituto de Bellas Artes in Mexico, where he trained under Bauhaus artist Otto Hofmann and mastered the lost-wax casting process. Salmones’ sculptures explore themes of love, compassion, and humanity through graceful, elongated forms that balance technical precision with emotional depth.
