Alexi Worth
Alexi Worth (American 1964) is a contemporary painter whose work examines the relationship between perception, representation, and digital imagery. He received a BA from Yale University in 1986, studied at the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture in 1989, and earned an MFA from Boston University in 1993. Worth’s paintings reinterpret familiar subjects such as hands, leaves, and glassware through subtle distortions of scale, perspective, and surface.
