Richard Gillham (American 1929) is an Odessa, Texas–based artist and civic leader originally from Hot Springs, Arkansas. A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Gillham spent more than seventy years working in the oil service industry while remaining active in numerous community organizations, including the Odessa Public Art Committee and the Colorado Municipal Water District. In addition to his civic involvement, he has contributed public artworks throughout Odessa and has been recognized with honors including Odessa Citizen of the Year and the Odessa Chamber of Commerce Lifetime Achievement Award.
