Sally Chandler (American 1951) is an artist from Pecos, Texas, whose work reflects both international study and regional influence. She earned a history degree from Rutgers University and studied art at Bellas Artes and the Instituto Allende in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Her postgraduate studies in international relations took place at the London School of Economics. In 1992, she was an artist-in-residence at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago’s summer program.
