The Ellen Noël Art Museum offers a truly one-of-a-kind venue where creativity, elegance, and culture come together. Our versatile spaces, from intimate classrooms to our spacious Community Room and outdoor garden areas, provide the perfect backdrop for weddings, corporate gatherings, and special celebrations. Surrounded by world-class art and thoughtfully designed interiors, every event at the Museum becomes an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.

We are now accepting events and bookings!

Contact our Event Coordinator, Elizabeth Olivas, at events@noelartmuseum.org or call 432.550.9696 x 217 to get started. From there, schedule a tour of the Museum to discuss packages and availability, then sign your contract, submit your security deposit, and secure your date.

Photography Permits

Want to take photos set against a backdrop of world-class art and stunning architecture, or capture professional headshots, prom or engagement photos, family portraits, and more, all in one unique West Texas setting?

Our photography permit provides you and your photographer with access to the Museum’s Wood Family Foundation Garden, boardroom, FMH Foundation Community Room, and signature spiral staircase, offering a variety of unique and photogenic settings.

Permits are available at a rate of $85 per 30-minute session, allowing you to customize your time based on your specific photography needs.

All photography dates and times must be approved by the Events Coordinator prior to submitting payment.
