Phillip Prudhomme (American 1951) studied Fine Art at the University of Texas Permian Basin and later continued his training at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Raised in Odessa and a graduate of Permian High School (1969), Prudhomme has remained closely connected to the cultural life of the Permian Basin throughout his career. In addition to his artistic studies, he has worked as a music educator, reflecting a parallel commitment to both visual art and music within his community practice.
