Hugo Lopez Bolivar (Colombian/American) is a painter based in Irvine, California. A graduate of the National University of Colombia’s Department of Arts and Architecture, he spent over two decades in architectural practice before turning to art full-time. Working in watercolor and oil, his paintings have been exhibited in group shows in California and Bogotá, reflecting a sustained commitment to drawing and portraiture.
