Travis Conrad Erion
Travis Conrad Erion (American 1971) is a contemporary realist painter born in Loveland, Colorado. Initially trained as a sculptor under Fritz White, he later studied painting at the American Academy of Art College and the Maryland Institute College of Art before returning to Colorado to study with Richard Schmid. Erion is known for meticulously rendered still lifes that combine social commentary, symbolism, and trompe-l’oeil realism through depictions of contemporary everyday objects.
