Bernal F. Koehrsen III (American 1969) is a painter based in Iowa Falls, Iowa, whose abstract works draw inspiration from natural forms, astronomy, and the atmospheric qualities of music and landscape. He earned a BFA from the Kansas City Art Institute in 1993 and has developed a distinctive visual language rooted in intuition, layered surfaces, and organic motifs.
