9/11 (2002); Jules and Gedeon Naudet (CBS); 112 minutes

Jules and Gedeon Naudet were in New York City at the time of the September 11, 2001 attacks.  They were filming a documentary on members of the Engine 7. Ladder 1 firehouse in Manhattan.  They captured the only clear footage of the first jet hitting the North tower of the World Trade Center.

These firefighters were the first responders on the scene and the filmmakers were allowed to continue filming the attempted rescue operation-going inside of Tower 1 when the 2nd Tower was hit.
